Vehicle and Engine Manufactures' Warranty Trabold

Many customers are concerned about Vehicle or Engine Manufacturers voiding the given Warranty if they install a By-Pass Fine-Filtration System. It is very important for us to make this issue transparent for you.

The “MAGNUSEN-MOSS WARRANTY ACT – Public Law 93-637” (Federal Law) says:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)).

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and the general principles of the Federal Trade Commission Act, a manufacturer/dealer may NOT require you to have routine oil changes or use any particular brand of oil filter (or any other car part) unless the manufacturer provides the item and service free of charge, during the terms of the warranty.

Everything above verifies that the installation of a Trabold Fine-Filtration System cannot void a vehicle warranty, but does not specifically prove that oil changes do not need to be performed regularly. However, engine oil change intervals are only “recommended” and not required by most manufacturers for warranty purposes. Only the condition of the oil needs to be kept up to certain minimum specifications during the warranty period.  Manufacturers should have no issue with honoring a warranty claim as long as oil analysis reports indicate that the extended used oil is still acceptable for use.

If a manufacturer or car dealer tells you otherwise ask for written proof!

If Federal Warranty Protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov.

If you use the Trabold Fine-Filtration System as recommended, your Motor Oil will be constantly clean. Oil will not break down and cannot be the reason for an engine failure.

It is clear that the Vehicle Manufactures and their Dealerships are not happy about their customers using the By-Pass Fine-Filtration Technology, because it takes away a money-making source: “The Oil Changes”. This is why you will not find official letters of endorsements from them to use this technology.

But they cannot deny the fact:

Using this world wide proven and accepted technology does not automatically affect the Manufacturers’ Warranty!
